However, if you receive a damaged product, or need a size exchange, weโre here to help.
Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof of the issue.

Once verified, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for size mismatches.

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be in original, unworn condition with all tags intact.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Return shipping for size exchanges will be borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

Innerwear and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges if original items are not received in their original condition
