Refund policy

At IRONWILL, every piece is crafted with care and inspected before shipping.
However, if you receive a damaged product, or need a size exchange, weโ€™re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof of the issue.

  • Once verified, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted only for size mismatches.

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be in original, unworn condition with all tags intact.

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

  • Return shipping for size exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Innerwear and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges if original items are not received in their original condition
